Investment on anti-static/anti-glare(AS/AG) hard coating films are quickly increased because recently display such as LCD, PDP, and cellular phone need that film. In this study, we used various fillers, to control diffused reflection, consisted of silica, polymer with sphere shape for preparation of hard coating solution and measured their optical properties such as transmittance, haze, and gloss. The characterization of coated film by SEM after plasma etching treatment gives correlation of particle dispersion and their optical properties. Also, surface resistance was examined by using ATO powder and conductive polymer with different loading amounts. |
