Transparent and electrically conductive films including their flexibility are required for the application of numerous electrical devices. Single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) have attracted considerable attention as a candidate for transparent and electrically conductive films because of their superb electrical property, high transmittance in the visible region, and high aspect ratio that can make easily electrical pathways. To fabricate SWCNTs-based transparent films, it is important to form the uniform network of SWCNTs by using small amounts of them. In this study, SWCNTs-based transparent films are prepared by utilizing polymeric membranes. The membranes were used as a template to deposit SWCNTs uniformly. And then, transparent films were fabricated by embedding optic polymers into membranes. |
