Inverted Polymer Solar Cell using Polyfluorene Derivative as a Cathode Interfacial Layer |
초록 |
Polymer solar cells (PSCs) are the promising candidates for renewable energy sources. In the present, many research groups have investigated the inverted PSC, in which the electrons are collected by the bottom electrode, such as ITO on substrate. Inverted PSCs have many advantages. More air-stable high work function metal such as Ag, Au can be used as top electrodes instead of air-unstable low work function metals. ITO-free PSC is also possible substituting ITO with high work function metal as bottom electrode. In this work, PCS was based on P3HT:PCBM bulk heterojunction system. Inverted PSC was built on ITO as cathode with the structure of ITO/WPF-oxy-F/active/PEDOT:PSS/Al(or Ag, Au). When WPF-oxy-F as a cathode interfacial layer was coated on ITO, PSC characteristics of Voc, Jsc, FF and efficiency were increased. Detailed studies were performed through current density-voltage (J-V) measurement, and a Kelvin probe was used to investigated to the change of the ITO work function. |
