제목 The effects of Variable Parameters on the morphology of electrospun PLGA(poly(glycolide-co-L-lactide) nanofibers
초록 Aliphatic synthetic biodegradable polymers have become very important as biomaterials for applications in tissue engineering and controlled drug delivery. Among these materials, PLGA has been widely utilized both biomedical device and pharmaceutical fields. Also, the biocompatibility of PLGA has been demonstrated.
In this work, we prepared PLGA non-woven composed of fibers with nanoscale
diameters. PLGA solution dissolved in methylene chloride and N, N-dimethyl formamide, was elctrospun. Morphological characteristics of electrospun PLGA non-woven fabrics were analyzed by using SEM and image analyzer.
