제목 Preparation of polymeric particles by ultrasonic
초록 Polymeric nano/micro particles have high reactivity for other chemicals because the polymeric nano/micro particles have large specific surface area and functional groups. So, the particles are used for many application fields such as drug delivery, adhesive and catalyst. There are some methods to produce the polymeric particle, such as emulsification, microfluidics and ultrasonic-assisted method. Among them, the fabrication of particles using ultrasonic could increase the producing rate because the mechanism of the method was based on spaying system. Herein, we fabricated polymeric nano/micro particles by ultrasonic assisted particulate method. Poly (methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) and azido-thermoplastic urethane (ATPU) were used as polymeric material for the polymeric solution. We confirmed the size and shape of the particles by SEM and optical microscope depending on its experimental conditions such as solution concentration and washing method.
