Synthesis of Crosslinkable Hole-Injection Transport Material for OLED Devices using Solution Process |
초록 |
A new conjugated copolymer containing styrylpyridyl group was synthesized via Buchwald-Hartwig reaction. This copolymer was found to have high thermal stability and solubility in common organic solvents. By using aromatic bisazide 2,6-bis(4-azidobenzylidene)-4-methylcyclohexanone as crosslinking reagent, this copolymer could be used to make fine patterns. The crosslinked polymer showed good solvent resistance after curing which could be useful in the subsequent solution processing of the emitting layer in multilayer OLEDs. The synthesized copolymer also exhibited better hole injection property than commercially available hole injection material PEDOT:PSS. |
