Fabrication of Highly oriented Co(OH)2/Graphene Oxide hybrid Film and Their Electrochemical Property |
초록 |
Oriented thin film of cobalt hydroxide and graphene oxide was fabricated using a self-assembly of the positively charged cobalt hydroxide nanosheet and the negatively charged graphene oxide. The cobalt hydroxide nanosheet was prepared by the exfoliation of cobalt hydroxide nanocrystals in formamide, which led to the structural transition of alpha cobalt hydroxide into beta hydroxide layers. The exfoliated beta hydroxide nanosheets were assembled with the graphene oxide layers to form a well-oriented two-dimensional hybrid material. The sintering process of the hybrid materials yielded Co3O4 nanoparticles on the reduced graphene oxide, which was used as an active layer for electrochemical water splitting. |
