초록 | Nonisothermal calcination and isothermal carbonation reactions of calcium-type sorbents were conducted in the thermogravimetic analyzer in order to use as the sorbents for bulk separation of CO2 in high-temperature. The tested sorbents were domestic limestone, dolomite, and oyster shell. Nonisothermal calcination reactions were conducted at the various final temperature from 750 ℃ to 900 ℃ under flowing nitrogen gases, and carbonation reactions were conducted with respect to various factors: 500∼650 ℃ isothermal reaction temperature and 5∼15 % CO2 concentration. Carbonation reaction rate was decreased with increasing the final reaction temperature of calcination. Carbonation reaction rate for lime was increased with increasing the carbonation reaction temperature in the range of 500∼650 ℃. CO2 concentration was not affected on the carbonation reaction in the range of CO2 concentration of 5∼15 % at 550 ℃. Limestone was the best calcium-type sorbent among these sorbents tested. The carbonation conversion for limestone was consecutively decreased in the cyclic test of calcination and carbonation reaction. |
