제목 Direct-Write Patterning of a Adeno-Associated Virus on Silicon Oxide Surfaces
초록 Dip-Pen Nanolithography(DPN) technique is a useful tool to pattern a various biomolecules such as DNA and proteins on the solid surfaces. However, it is a challenging issue for DPN to generate nanoarrays of high-molecular-weight biomolecules such as a virus and cells, because of their low diffusion rate. In this study, we have coated hydrophilic polyoxazoline polymer on the silicon tip surface through surface polymerization. Using there stamp tip, we have successfully generated nano structures of Cy3-labeled adeno-associated virus(AAV) molecules in a direct-write fashion. The polyoxazoline- coated probe and AAV nanopatterns were characterized by FE-SEM and fluoroscence microscope.
