제목 Precise nanofabrication of plasmonic structures for controlling the homogeneity of the fluorescence enhancement
초록 The metallic nanostructures can favorably modify the spectral properties of fluorophores and to alleviate some of these fluorophore photophysical constrains that is termed metal-enhanced fluorescence (MEF). Here we report high resolution and presice metal nanopatterns by capillary force lithography to control the homogeneity of the fluorescence enhancement. We showed exquisite control of a feature size of gold nanoarray that enables very efficient high-resolution nanopatterning with only a few masters. Enhancement of fluorescence intensity was investigated through coupling with proper fluorophores and surface plasmon in metallic nanostructures.
