제목 | Synthesis and Charctization of Orange-Emitting Iridium Complex(III) for Solution‐Processable Phosphorescent Organic Light‐Emitting Diodes |
초록 | The rapid development of organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) in recent years makes them increasingly attractive and competitive in flat-panel display and solid state lighting applications. Although the vacuum-deposition processes are far ahead of the solution processes from the commercialization point of view, the solution processes for the fabrication of OLEDs are still fascinating due to their potential advantages for the production of large area devices at low cost. Therefore, an effective strategy to achieve both low-cost and high-performance is the fabrication of phosphorescent OLEDs by solution processing small molecules. In this study, we have designed and synthesized a new orange phosphorescent Ir(III) complex as dopant material. The solubility, thermogravitometric analysis, optical and electrochemical properties of the complex were investigated. Moreover, the device performance of new Ir(III) complex will be discussed. |
