Ascorbic acid has been extensively studied as an essential role in the synthesis and function of skeletal tissue. Ascorbic acid, also known as vitmin C, is a major physiological antioxidant, reparing oxidatively damaged biomolecules. Our study demonstrate that ascorbic acid-functionalized calcium phosphate prepared at a multiplicity of concentrations can watch the development of the osteogenic differentiation. The expression levels of marker gene such as osteocalcin, osteopontin, osteonectin, and alkaline phosphatase, TGF-β, and typeⅠ-collagen, has been analyzed using reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). |
