제목 Influence of 1-(2-cyanoethyl)- 2-phenylimidazole on the structural behavior of poly(ethylene oxide)/lithium iodide systems for solid polymer electrolytes
초록 Upon the incorporation of the lithium salt with PZ-CN, mainly the stretching mode of compositions in Fourier transform infrared spectra varied at wave number and intensity with molar ratio of [N,CN]/[Li+]/[O]. The spectroscopic results indicated a strong coordinative interaction of the lithium ions with ether oxygen of PEO as well as nitrile group of PZ-CN, suggesting that the PZ-CN enhanced the dissociative ability of the lithium salt in PEO host, i.e. acted like a plasticizer.As confirmed by Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), the crystallinity of PEO was affected by both salt content and PZ-CN composition, demonstrating a significant decrease.
