제목 | Fabrication and Characterization of Metal Ion Coated Al2O3/TiO2 Porous Membrane using Sponge Replica Method |
초록 | TiO2 fiber was coated on the porous Al2O3 sponge scaffolds. The porous Al2O3 scaffolds were fabricated by sponge replica method containing PVB as a binder. 60ppi sponge was dipped in slurry and repeated 4~5 time follow process. As coated Al2O3 sponge scaffolds were burnt out at 1000ºC for remove binder and sintered at 1450ºC in air atmosphere. TiO2 fiber was directly coated from TiO2 slurry which contained titanium tetra isopropoxide(TTIP) as TiO2 precursor. TiO2 coated Al2O3 scaffolds were calcined and aged in NaOH solution to convert the TiO2 fibers from TiO2 particles. Metal ion coatings (Pt, Ag) were performed by microwave irradiation method using metal ion containing slurry. Formation and characterization of TiO2 fibers were carried out using XRD, SEM and pore size and pore distribution were evaluated. EDS mapping technique was performed to analyze metal ion dispersion on Al2O3/TiO2 scaffold membrane. Photocatalytic assay was investigated using methyl orange(MO). |
