Investigation of Charge Transport Properties in Chalcogenophene-Containing Donor-Acceptor Polymers |
초록 |
Recently significant improvement has been achieved in organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) based on high performance and solution-processible donor (D)-acceptor (A) semiconducting polymers. As a promising electron-donating unit, chalcogenophenes have been received tremendous interests. For comprehensive understanding of chalcogenophene units within D-A semiconducting polymers, we synthesized three diketopyrrolopyrrole (DPP)-based polymers with furan, thiophene, and selenophene donor units and compared their optical, morphological and electrical properties. This study will provide guidelines for molecular design strategies to synthesize high-performance semiconducting polymers. |
