제목 Effect of uniaxial drawing process on Nylon 6 sheet
초록 Draw process is to improve mechanical properties of sheet with greater molecular orientation and the resulting greater strength. In some processes all the draw is introduced in on step, in a single-stage of feed and take-up rollers. This single-stage draw can result in sheet breakage. As the number of stages is increased, it is possible to keep each freespan and roller at a different temperature, in order to obtain the maximum molecular orientation in the sheet. Recently, more effective drawing process have been demanded to produce high-modulus and high-tensile nylon 6 sheet. In this study, we researched drawing process for improvement of mechanical property of nylon 6 sheet in a double-stage. Tensile strength, elongation of drawing nylon 6 sheets were examined.
