Recently, π-conjugated polymers have attached substantial interests for using in organic solar cells, organic field-effect transistors (OFETs). In this study, we synthesized highly crystalline donor–acceptor (D–A) conjugated polymer and then applied this polymer to the method of micro-molding in capillaries (MIMIC) using the highly crystalline solid solvent, not liquid solvent at room temperature. Using this method, OFET device composed of micro-patterned polymer showed higher hole mobility than that of spin-coated polymer based device. Therefore, using highly crystalline solvent-aided MIMIC method is recognized as a very promising method to increase the performance of electronic devices requiring high charge carrier mobilities of the conjugated polymers. |
