제목 Molecular biodiode consisting of GFP/Cytochrome c structured fusion protein
초록 Molecular photodiode consisting of green fluorescent protein (GFP)/cytochrome c structured fusion protein was developed based on the biological photosynthesis. Cytochrome c and GFP were used in fabricating molecular array as an electron acceptor and an electron sensitizer, respectively. Self-assembled monolayer of fusion protein was formed onto the Au coated glass. The surface structure of fusion protein adsorbed-self assembly film was analyzed using atomic force microscope (AFM) and scanning tunneling microscopy (STM). The metal/insulator/metal (MIM) structured molecular bio-photodiode was constructed by Au substrate/protein adsorbed layer/STM tip system. The rectified photocurrent of molecular layer of bio-photodiode was observed based on the measurement of current-voltage characteristics.
