제목 Synthesis and Characterizations of Thiophene-Based Copolymers as Hole Conducting Polymers on Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells
초록 Thiophene-based functional polymers are attractive materials because of their solubility, processability, environmental stability, and excellent electrical conductivity. We synthesized the thiophene-based copolymers by the chemical oxidation reaction by FeCl3 for hole conduction polymers on the dye-sensitized solar cells. In order to increase the solubility and the interface absorption onto nanoporous TiO2 electrode in the solar cell device, two kinds of thiophene monomers substituted the alkyl and the carboxyl group was used for the copolymerization. Various copolymers were synthesized as the compositions of two thiophene monomers, and their structures were characterized by 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectroscopy. The optical and thermal properties of the copolymers were measured by UV-Vis spectroscopy and DSC. In addition, the photovoltaic effect of the dye-sensitized solar cells using the copolymers synthesized as hole conducting polymers were investigated by Solar Simulator.
