제목 Perovskite quantum dot patterning method by using catecholamine
초록 Recent researches of perovskite-based light emitting diode(PeLED) are increasingly important for quantum dot(QD) light emitting diodes.(QD-LED) Perovskite's advantages like cheap producing, tunable band gap and wide color gamut guided researchers to study PeLEDs. But some obstacles make PeLED difficult to applied to the display products. In QD-LED, QD patterning is the most important process for gaining good resolution. But due to perovskite's unstable properties, good QD patterning is difficult work. Dopamine(3,4-dihydroxyphenethylamine, C8H11NO2)'s properties of adhesion and UV-synthesis are one of breakthrough for the problem. Our research of patterning perovskite quantum dots using dopamine will be guide ways to achieve goal of QD pattering process of perovskite.
