제목 | The effect of various oligomeric phenol to flame retardance enhancement for ABS |
초록 | In this study, this tests are focused on the the flame retarding effect of oligomeric phenol used with tetra-2,6-dimethyl phenyl resocinol diphosphate on acrylonitryl butadiene styrene (ABS) resin. By TGA curve under the air condition where oxygen exists and nitrogen condition, we can know chang thermal stability of acrylonitryl butadiene styrene (ABS) that added of phosphate-type and on various oligomeric phenol in condensed phase by each phosphorus structure. Blends sre prepared by HAKKE mixer at temp. 230~240(℃)and, mixed for 7(min). Some of these blends show enhance of flame retardancy and the others show the opposite. And some direct evidences from FTIR experiments were presented even though they were not conclusive. Finally, by Limiting Oxygen Index (LOI), we can know degree of flame retardant's effect on phosphorus compounds. |
