제목 Preparation of 3D-structured Ni-Co oxide with electrochemically exfoliated graphene for asymmetric supercapacitor electrode
초록 we have fabricated high-performance asymmetric supercapacitor electrodes consisted of 3D porous binary nanocomposite of Ni-Co oxide/electrochemically exfoliated graphene (EEG). Ni-Co oxide synthesized onto EEG were well dispersed to the surfaces of EEG with sheet-like structure and homogeneous thickness. When used as supercapacitor electrodes, the binary composites exhibited excellent energy density and power density (86 Wh kg-1 of maximum energy density and 16.5 kW kg-1 of maximum power density). These excellent electrochemical performances are attributed to the synergistic effect of the unique 3D porous architecture, high specific capacitance of Ni-Co oxide, excellent electrical conductivity and mechanical robustness of EEG. Because the simple low temperature solution method is effective, it has great advantages for fabricating advanced electrodes.
