제목 The fabrication of interdigited hybrid photovoltaic cell composed of inorganic electron-acceptor and organic electron-donor (I)
초록 Hybrid photovoltaic cells composed of inorganic and organic semiconductor have attracted extensive attention because their enormous combinations show some possibility to overcome the short exciton diffusion length and low electron mobility of organic semiconductor. In this study, we make several photovoltaic heterojunctions, which have interdigited composite morphology between electron accepting fullerene and electron donating copper phthalocyanine. Diverse experimental methods are tried to generate the interdigited structures such as using anodic aluminum oxide(AAO) templates and nanostructured block copolymers. The direct fabrication of interdigited structures are also tried by using electrochemical deposition of inorganic acceptor followed by spin coating of organic donator.
