제목 Synthesis and characterization of NASICON-type Na3Si2Zr2PO12-based systems
초록 NASICON(Natrium Super Ionic Conductor)-type compounds is of interest for application as a solid electrolyte material for batteries and sensors because of the high ionic conductivity. NASICON type compound with the formula, Na3Si2Zr2PO12, was synthesized by conventional method. The samples were calcined in the temperature range 1000 ~ 1200 ℃ with periods between 2 and 10h.  Two types of powder obtained at 1100 ℃, ball milled powder and attrition milled powder, were pressed into a pellet of 15 mm in diameter under 50 bar and sintered at 1200 ~ 1250 ℃ with periods between 2 and 10h. The samples were characterized by XRD, FTIR, and SEM.
