제목 Highly phenyl-substituted fluorene copolymer for light-emitting diode II
초록 Highly phenyl-substituted fluorene copolymer was synthesized by using Diels-Alder polymerization of 2,7-diethynyl-9,9’-di-n-hexylfluorene and bis(cyclopentadienone). The resulting polymer was shown to be good solubility in common organic solvents, stable up to 350℃,and also easily cast to give good thin-film. The UV-visible and PL spectra of the polymer showed maximum peak at 330 nm and at 404 nm, respectively. The EL spectrum of the polymer showed a sharp main peak in the blue EL emissive band at 414 nm with two shoulder peaks at 494 nm and 502 nm, which arise from excimers of the polymer. The multi-layered light-emitting diode of an Al/ LiF/ polymer/ PVK (1:4) blend/ PEDOT/ ITO glass exhibits a threshold voltage of 8 V from the I-V curve.
