The optical properties of PBDT-DT-FQx (80℃), PBDT-DT-FQx (from 50℃ to 80℃) showed λmax at 546~567 nm in CB solution and at 576~579 nm in thin film state, Egopt at 1.86 eV. Polymer (from 50℃ to 80℃) showed more bathochromic shifted absorption band in both solution and film state and it means that polymer (from 50℃ to 80℃) had more regioregular orientation than polymer (80℃). Polymer (80℃) and polymer (from 50℃ to 80℃) showed a highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) energy level of -5.43 eV, -5.45 eV and lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO) energy level of -3.57 eV, -3.59 eV. Polymer (80℃) and polymer (from 50℃ to 80℃), which had same back bone and alky side chain, showed similar Jsc and Voc. The FF, however, increased 0.69 to 0.71 and the both polymers, polymer (80℃) and polymer (from 50℃ to 80℃), had higher FF compare to the counter polymer, which polymerized at 110℃, with FF of 0.62. |
