Supercapacitor of carbon-based nanomaterials |
초록 |
Carbon-based nanomaterials have been widely used as electrode materials for supercapacitors due to their high accessible surface area and high electronic conductivity. In this study, Langmuir-Shaefer technique was applied to form hybrid monolayer of single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) and graphene oxide (GO) monolayer and also to control their morphological structures, namely, wrinkle of the GO and orientation of the SWNTs. We investigated the effect of structure tuning on performance of the supercapacitor. Various techniques, such as grazed incidence small angle x-ray scattering (GISAXS), neutron reflectivity and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The electrochemical performances were evaluated by measuring cyclic voltammetry and charge-discharge test. |
