Photocatalyzed C-C Coupling Reactions over WO3/Pd Nanohybrids |

WO3 nanohybrids bearing palladium nanoparticles (NPs) were developed as photocatalysts to promote C-C coupling reactions under visible light. WO3 nanohybrids were prepared by the rapid reduction of palladium ions on the surface of WO3. The loaded amount of Pd NPs on WO3 was readily adjusted by varying the molar ratio of Pd precursors with WO3. As-prepared WO3 nanohybrids effectively promoted the reactions of aryl halides with arylboronic acids under visible light. |
