제목 전기방사를 이용하여 제조된 sulfonated polysulfone막 특성
초록 In this study, we prepared sulfonated polysulfone membranes using electrospinning processing. Sulfonated-polysulfone (SPSf) was synthesized to sulfonate polysulfone using chlorosulfonic acid as sulfonating agent. Electrospun SPSf membrane were prepared by using dimethyl formamide (DMF) solution. The morphology of the membranes was studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Ion exchange capacity (IEC) was measured by the titration method. Electrospun SPSf fibers ranged from 100 to 300 nm. The proton conductivity of electrospun SPSf membranes increased with decreasing the thickness, and increased up to 2.5 x 10-2S/cm from 1.0 x 10-3S/cm.
