A sensitive, simple and rapid analytical method was developed for the determination of five kinds of phthlate esters, i.e. : DMP, DEP, DBP, BBP, DEHP, and four phenols(phenol, 4-t-butyl phenol, bisphenol A, 4-t-nonyl phenol) in waste waters. In this study, the combined method for the simultaneous determination of the endocrine disrupters was used by solid phase extraction with HPLC. The limits of quantification were between 0.05 ㎍/L for phthalate esters and phenols and 0.5 ㎍/L for 4-nonyl phenol. |
