| 제목 | Zn-doped TiO2 with high photocatalyst activity by sol-gel method |
| 초록 | Pure TiO2 and Zn (3, 5, 7, 9, and 10 mol %)-doped TiO2 samples were synthesized by sol-gel method using ammonium hydroxide to control pH. Zn (9 mol %)-doped TiO2 showed the highest photocatalytic decomposition of the methylene blue solution under UV light and its photocatalytic efficiency increased two times compared with that of pure TiO2. The physical and chemical properties of zinc-doped titania were investigated by SEM, XRD, TEM, FT-IR, and BET. |
