제목 마이크로웨이브 플라즈마 촉매반응에 의한 천연가스 전환반응 연구
초록 In this study, the plasma system with a low power are investigated in couple with catalyst to increase yield and selectivity. Methane is dissociated in plasma reactor to methyl radicals and hydrogen atoms and recombine each other to produce ethane, ethylene, acetylene and hydrogen. Another proposed mechanism is direct reaction of methane to ethylene, ethane and acetylene. Selectivities and conversions are reported as functions of the pressure, flow rate, and plasma power are varied. Side products such as polymeric deposits are also dependent on these three variables.
