제목 Multifunctional SERS Encoded Magnetic Particles as SERS Nanoprobe and Their Applications
초록 In this study, we have developed multifunctional silver nanoparticle-embedded magnetic nanoparticles (NPs) which have magnetic properties, so called magnetic SERS dots (M-SERS dots), for in situ aggregation of NPs and SERS labels for targeting cancer cells. M-SERS dots were used as a substrate for generating SERS signals specific to molecules adsorbed on the surface of silver NPs. In a model application as a tagging material, the M-SERS Dots were successfully utilized for targeting breast cancer cells (SKBR3) and floating leukemia cells (SP2/O), and separating the targeted cells from the un-targeted cells using an external magnetic field.
