제목 Synthesis of thermosensitive poly(N-vinylcaprolactam) by cobalt-mediated radical polymerization
초록 Cobalt-mediated radical polymerization (CMRP) has attracted great attention due to its ability to mediate the polymerization of non-conjugated vinyl monomers, such as vinyl acetate and N-vinyl pyrrolidone. Poly(N-vinylcaprolactam) (PVCL) is biocompatible, thermosensitive and water soluble polymer. In this study, PVCL was synthesized by CMRP in the presence of V-70 as an initiator and used to prepare PVCL containing block copolymers. The molecular weights of the resulting polymers were determined by GPC and the molecular structure of block copolymers was confirmed by using a 1H-NMR spectrometer.
