Exfoliated MoS2-supported catalysts for preparation of polyethylene/MoS2 nanocomposites with high thermal stability and mechanical properties |
초록 |
A long alkyl amine(octadecylamine) and a novel exfoliated MoS2 used as a support in the preparation of exfoliated MoS2 supported Ziegler-Natta catalysts. The tendency of the individual MoS2 layers to aggregate was prevented by covering them with solid-state Ziegler-Natta catalyst. After in situ ethylene polymerization, flake shape PE/MoS2 nanocomposites were obtained. The thermal stability and mechanical properties of PE were significantly enhanced by incorporation of MoS2 fillers. Therefore, this strategy could provide an approach to the production of high-performance PE. |
