제목 Highly Efficient White OLEDs with Solution-Processed Emitting Layer
초록 Fused core were synthesized using anthracene and fluorene with high photoluminescence (PL) quantum efficiency(QE). 2,7-Bis-[1,1';3',1'']terphenyl-spiro-fluorene[3,4]naphthalene (TP-AFF-TP) and Spiro-fluorene[3,4]naphthalene-5-terphenyl (TP-ASF). The PL spectra of TP-AFF-TP and TP-ASF in film state were 477 nm and 467 nm in the blue region, respectively.  When the synthesized compounds were used as emitting layers in non-doped OLED devices, TP-AFF-TP and TP-ASF showed luminance efficiency of 2.55 cd/A and 5.17 cd/A, power efficiency of 1.03 lm/W and 2.39 lm/W, and C.I.E of (0.25, 0.45) and (0.17, 0.31), respectively. These values show the changing of efficiency by which position substituted to side group.  Additionally, in the solution-processed white OLED devices using TP-ASF as one of emitting materials, the device showed high luminance efficiency of 3.13 cd/A, power efficiency of 2.69 lm/W and C.I.E value of (0.30, 0.34).
