Ag nanowires (AgNWs) have been suggested as a promising material fabricating transparent, flexible electrodes. Despite their superior characteristics of high conductivity, mechanical robustness, excellent transparency, there are still multiple challenges such as the surface roughness, and unstable thermal and chemical nature. Herein, we report a flexible transparent crystalline indium tin oxide (c-ITO)/surface-embedded AgNWs (c-ITO/AgNW-GFRH) with high mechanical robustness and reliability. This transparent and conductive electrodes (TCEs) with flexible substrates are all-in-one platform for flexible optoelectronic devices. With the outstanding stability and flexibility, we successfully demonstrated flexible organic optoelectronics including an organic photovoltaics (OPV) and an organic light-emitting diode (OLED) using c-ITO/AgNW-GFRH films |
