제목 불포화레시틴을 이용한 나노베지클의경피흡수에 관한 연구 : 모델 활성물질 – 알부틴, 토코페릴아세테이트
초록 In cosmetics, the saturated lecithin, one of the main surfactants to make liposomes or nanoemiulsions, has been used for its stability but it has been substituting by unsaturated lecithin which has excellent skin affinity and penetration. So we made nanovesicle with active ingredients using unsaturated lecithin or saturated lecithin. Arbutin and tocopheryl acetate was used as active ingredients and in vitro transdermal delivery experiments were performed using Franz-type diffusion cell to determine the amount of penetrated or permeated active ingredient. Generally, the penetration and permeation efficiency of arbutin were lower than that of tocopheryl acetate. The penetration efficiency of arbutin was similar to permeation efficiency of arbutin and the penetration and permeation efficiency of arbutin relatively were good in case of using Phospholipon 90G. In this case of arbutin, the penetration and permeation efficiency were increased in proportion to posphatidylcholine content of lecithin. The penetration efficiency of tocopheryl acetate was related to high pressure homogenization step without regard to kinds of lecithin.
