제목 Effects of thermal, exothermic, and electrical properties of carbon fibers according to various surface treatments
초록 The effect of electroless nickel-phosphorous (Ni-P) and sputtering plating on thermal, exothermic, and electrical properties of PAN-based carbon fibers (CFs) was investigated. The surface and structural properties of the CFs were determined by scanning electron microscope (SEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM), and X-ray diffraction (XRD), respectively. Thermal conductivity and exothermic analysis were tested using a thermal conductivity and power supply system. The electric resistance was obtained by measuring the surface resistance with 4-point probe electric resistivity tester.
