제목 Low band gab을 갖는 benzothiadiazole유도체가 포함된 홀전달체을 이용한 페로브스카이트 태양전지 연구
초록 New Donor-Acceptor-Donor (D–A–D) type organic small molecules incorporating benzothiadiazole derivatives were designed, synthesized, and used as hole transporting materials for perovskite solar cells (PSCs). By substituting different functional groups at positions 4 and 5 of benzothiadiazole such as methyl, methoxy, hexyloxy, diflouride, the physical properties of HTM and optical properties were investigated. This work provides guidance for the molecular design strategy of effective hole-conducting materials for perovskite photovoltaics.
