제목 Surface modification of glass with GelMA and poly(N-isoproyl acrylamide) for cell culture engineering
초록 GelMA is chemically modified gelatin with methacrylic anhydride (MA) which has excellent biocompatibility and physical properties. The general fabrication method for GelMA hydrogel is photocrosslinking under UV in the presence of a photoinitiator. GelMA hydrogel has a wide range of applications, including cell culture, body tissue engineering, and drug and gene delivery. poly(N-isoproyl acrylamide) (PNIPAAm) is a thermally responsive hydrogel showing a low critical solution temperature (LCST). In this study, we investigated the properties of copolymeric hydrogels made by photopolymerization of a GelMA and NIPAAm on various substrates.
