제목 Phenyl carbazole based phosphine oxide high triplet energy host material for high efficiency deep blue phosphorescent organic light-emitting diode
초록 High efficiency deep blue phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes have been developed using high triplet energy host materials synthesized by a phosphonation reaction of phenyl carbazole with chlorodiphenylphosphine. A high quantum efficiency of 19.2 % with a deep blue color coordinate of (0.14, 0.16) was achieved in the deep blue device with 3-(diphenylphosphoryl)-9-(4-(diphenylphosphoryl)phenyl)-9-carbazole (PPO21) as a host material.
