Synthesis and Surface Modification of Adamantane Based Microporous Polymers |

We prepared adamantine based microporous polymers by using Friedel-Crafts reaction. The polymers showed good chemical stability but relatively low surface areas. This drawback could be reduced by post reaction. We modified the polymers by the reaction with 4-nitrobenzoyl chloride and investigated changes of pore structures and gas uptake properties. |
