제목 The novel nano-sheet FER research as tactics of coke deposition suppress during DME carbonylation
초록 It is getting important to recycle the harmful gases such as CO2 or CO. Fortunately, the syngas composed of CO2, CO and H2 can be utilized to produce ethanol or acetic acid which are widely used chemicals via dimethyl ether (DME) and methyl acetate (MA). The conversion of DME to MA or DME carbonylation which is the most difficult step for the syngas conversion is mediated on the zeolite catalyst readily. However, during DME carbonylation, lots of coke are generated and deposited on the zeolite framework with inhibiting the transfer of reactant molecules and accelerating the catalytic deactivation. Therefore, to suppress the coke deposition problem during the reaction, nano-sheet FER is conceived and the synthesis method is optimized by combining the proper structure directing agent (SDA) and surfactant with enhancing the catalytic stability and activity simultaneously.
