제목 평판위로 콜로이드 입자의 흡착에 대한 중력의 영향
초록 A steady state convective-diffusion equation is solved using a collocation method
to find the concentration profile and flux of adsorbing particles near a particle adsorbedon the plane surface. At small values of the gravity number, the concentration profileand the flux vary slowly near the preadsorbed particle, while they are highlynon-uniform at large values of NG. The effect of the position of the system boundaryon the collocation calculation is discussed and it is shown how the concept of fluxbalance may be used to improve the accuracy of the results. Finally, we obtained twofitting functions at high and low values of NG, respectively.
