Aligned CNT, ITO, and graphene coatings on PET and glass substrates were fabricated by different dipping and spraying coating methods. Transparency and surface resistance were investigated for coating specimen by UV spectrum test and surface resistance measurement. The changes of electrical and optical properties of coating layer mainly depended on the concentrations of CNT, ITO, graphene solutions and coating method. Electric properties of coated layers were measured using four-point probe method. Optical transmittance properties of three conductive coating specimens were evaluated using UV spectrum test. As alignment increased, surface resistance of coating decreased dramatically, whereas the transparent properties depens on the coating materials properties.
