Two flexible conducting materials were obtained and compared by using two different methods such as plating of PET and polyaniline (PANI) coating of PET. The plating method was performed by cleaning, etching, activation, acceleration, electrolyte-less copper plating, post treatment. CNTs were pre-treated by concentrated nitric acid in order to improve dispersion in PANI matrix through introduction of carboxylic acid groups. The PANI was prepared by composites with carbon nanotubes(CNTs) in order to enhance the electric properties. |
