The etching technic which removes useless parts by corrosion when the necessary element is on arrangement process by pattern. The wastes generation at the etching process is rapidly increasing. Generally, there are the methods to make CuO powder for electric gilding that CuCl2 reacts with NaOH and Na2CO3. However, it is difficult to remove Cl ion in case of using NaOH, and calcination is needed at 300~700℃ as postprocess in case of Na2CO3. Therefore, in this study, CuCl2 was purified by using the etching wastes, removing Cl ion was simplified by reacting mixture of NaOH and Na2CO3, and the new CuO manufacturing method which doesn't need the calcination process was suggested. The experimental variables such as mixing ratio of NaOH and Na2CO3, reaction temperature, and PH were investigated. The optimum reaction condition through electric gliding analysis of CuO powder which is used as copper supply source for copper plating liquid. |
