제목 UV curable silicone rubber and its composite for futuristic flexible electronics
초록 The dielectric properties of silicone elastomer composites attract attentions for their promises in development and designing of transparent, flexible, environmentally stable electronic devices in the field of automotive and biomedical application, including transistors, strain sensors, energy storage devices, LEDs etc. UV-curing of silicone rubber being a very fast process, silicone based composite materials (e.g., Silicone-SiO2) has been prepared by developing first a homogenous dispersion of vinyl silicones and compatible filler materials. The dielectric properties have been measured and suitability was investigated for flexible dielectric waveguide and embedded capacitor applications. Also, the composites were examined for sensor applications. Meanwhile, the crosslink density and mechanical properties were characterized.
