Fluorescence Recovery After Photobleaching에 의한 세공 내 분자확산의 측정 |

A new experimental approach to study intrapore diffusion is explored. Fluorescencerecovery after photobleaching (FRAP) technique was employed to in situ measure theintrapore diffusivity of a rigid spherical polymer solute within a model slit pore ofwell-defined dimensions as a function of time and ionic strength. This approach wasadvantageous because it was able to not only directly measure the hindered diffusivity butalso quantify the adsorption of solute on the pore walls and, thus, if offers a great potentialfor studies of research areas.
